To rent a wedding dress, please follow these simple steps:

• Select the desired model on our website.

• Choose your rental dates based on your event.

• Make a fitting appointment in store (via our link )

**Please note that fitting appointments are chargeable (€30) and will be deducted from the rental price when booking

• Before proceeding to secure payment for your rental, please read our General Rental Conditions (CGL) on our website. Payment confirms your complete agreement with the CGL.

Payment for your rental can be made online by credit card (CB, Visa or MasterCard), in cash when you visit the store, or via Klarna to benefit from payment facilities. All your transactions are secure and comply with current regulations, ensuring strict protection of your banking data. In addition, we offer you secure payment links.

The deposit amount is clearly indicated on the reservation page. We place a bank authorization on your account to guarantee the rental of the equipment. This authorization serves as a deposit and funds will be refunded as soon as the item is returned in good condition. In the event of damage noted, we will retain all or part of the deposit.***Please note that we do not accept deposit checks.

No, you cannot cancel your rental. When you reserve your dress with the deposit, we agree with you to ensure the availability of the model for the agreed date. In this case, we cannot refund the deposit. In addition, please note that we do not offer model exchange, modification of the event date, or issuance of credit.

We currently offer a standard rental from Thursday to Sunday, for a duration of 3 days.

***Please note that additional days are charged at €100 per day.

We currently offer standard sizes ranging from 34/36 to 38/40 for certain models. However, we recognize that these sizes may not fit everyone. We are committed to expanding our size range to better serve our diverse customer base.

We ask that you do not attempt to clean the dress yourself. We will cover the cost of cleaning and dry cleaning.

We understand that accidents happen. If you damage the dress, please notify us as soon as possible at: contact@selhyanbridal.com.

Superficial and minor damages that we estimate are covered by us, but if the damage is more significant and prevents the dress from being reused, we will partially or fully withhold the deposit.

We offer you this personalized service. You can make an appointment for us to take your measurements, either remotely or in person in our store. Please note that it takes between 4 and 6 months to create a custom dress. If you choose to reproduce one of our existing models, the delay is generally 2 months.
